The discovery call is a free 30-minute Zoom chat where we talk about your goals, struggles, and what kind of support you’re looking for. I’ll share more about my ADHD nutrition coaching services, and you can ask any questions you have.
There’s zero pressure to commit — it’s just a chance to see if this feels like a good fit for you (and your brain!).

Totally understandable — so many ADHDers feel this way. I’ll guide the conversation and ask questions to help us figure out what support you need. You don’t have to prepare or have the “right” words. Just show up as you are.

Yes! If having someone there would help you feel more comfortable or help with decision-making, you’re absolutely welcome to bring them. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a parent or guardian present.

Yes — life happens. You’ll get a reminder before the call, but if something comes up, you can reschedule easily through the link in your confirmation email.

Nope. I don’t charge a no-show fee — because we already pay enough ADHD tax. Life happens, executive function slips, and that doesn’t need to cost you extra. You’ll always have the option to reschedule if needed.
